Monkey Joes

We went to a Hello Kitty themed birthday party and Monkey Joe's last weekend. Sierra always loves playing here. I think she was feeling a little off this time though. She didn't play as much and wouldn't let me out of her sight. She still enjoyed cake and pizza and saw some playgroup friends. Gage got on the baby bouncy and scooted and bounced around a little. We made wishes in the fountain on the way out!

Gage just loves Sierra so much. They have a lot of fun together. Gage is growing more and more every day. Watching him learn and achieve new milestones is so awesome. Sierra is such a big help. The kids plus Delilah are a lot of work though. The three of them wear me out! I think Gage may end up being a big help in that department. She got in face and tried to lick him and he reached out and grabbed a big hunk of hair on her face! Go Gage!! Sierra is still obsessed with Alvin and the Chipmunks. We have to "pretend" different scenarios all the time...They all start out the same. "OK mom, let's pretend I'm Simon, you're Alvin and Gage is Theodore." She is incredibly dramatic and imaginative - I wish I had more energy for her!

Happy St Patrick's Day

It's another rainy, dreary day here. Sierra brought her leprechaun trap home today. I don't think they trapped any leprechauns at school today but they should have. Those pesky leprechauns left a huge mess in her classroom. Books and toys were all over the floor and there were little green footprints everywhere - even on the tables! I would have thought with all the traps - especially the one she made with grandpa - they would have got at least one...Well, maybe next year.

Columbus Museum

Saturday we went downtown and had breakfast at Fountain City Coffee and then went to the Columbus Museum. The museum has a fantastic children's room and Sierra always enjoys playing here.

We are having a great visit with Grandpa. Gage is growing so fast...and is that hair just a tinge red? Hmmmm....
